I think we ought to call this development by its name: perverse patriarchal entitlement. The Ugandan men have allowed themselves to see in their nursing wives, not partners who deserve caring attention, but rather feeding machines. Like in all rabidly patriarchal societies, these men are not ashamed to declare that milking their wives to exhaustion allows them to relax after the day's job. I imagine that the women would have prepared food, taken care of other chores, and then when their "hardworking" husbands return, they'd submit themselves to be milked. I don't know a better definition of a house slave.

We must be able to name and shame these habits.

It is reported that Trump narrowed the definition of violence against women in April last year and so breast sucking may not be charged as a crime when involving married couples; perhaps because Trump said that he was free to grab women by their purse and they could not say no to him just as the Ugandan men think that their baby mamas could not say no. President Obama had expanded the definition of VAW to include any intimate contact that was not explicitly consented to by a woman and psychological violence against women but Trump seems to believe that hate speech against women is free speech and that unless the woman was incapable of dissent, consent would be assumed.

Today, breast sucking for pleasure (also to give pleasure to their partners) by men appears to be popular all over the world and not only in Uganda. However, some men chew on the tits sadistically as if it is a plastic feeding bottle and thereby cause the women, who call them 'Babes', injuries and pain because no one taught the men that a gentle licking is all their boo needed to be turned on. 

If it is milk that Ugandan men really want and not just kinky patriarchal control over the body of women, then Museveni should expand his famous cattle ranches and produce more dairy products to satisfy their hunger even if the cows look at them and shake their horns, saying under their breath: 'Do We Look Like Your Mooma?" You see, adult cows do not mess with cow milk because they know that it is only for baby cows. Will some adult men ever grow up or will they remain like Papa Ajasco always salivating at the sight of body parts?

Those Ugandan men may be lactose intolerant and therefore could not process cow milk anyway. They should try Whey Isolate Powder which is supposedly balanced milk without the lactose, a little like their mothers' breast milk meant for the nourishment of infants.

The China Study of nutrition indicated that excessive milk consumption by adults may be linked with the spread of diabetes. The abstinence from milk by many adults is leading many diary farms to close down in North America and Europe while milk export to developing countries is increasing from countries like Australia and New Zealand.
