"I dropped out PhD at ABU the day myself and coursemates got a message to come rewrite an exam, not because we failed, but because a Professor who took us Advanced Research Methodology didn't submit our grades. Why? He said he misplaced them. The annoying part, a year after we wrote the exams.
I threatened to report him to the school authorities, but his fellow irresponsible lecturer send me a subtle threat message, YOU REPORT HIM, YOU WILL NEVER GRADUATE.
So, I left the program for them after completing my course work and presenting two seminar papers.
The only public Institutions with a bit of sanity that I know is the Nigerian Defence Academy. No lecturer can get to misbehave."
I have many such stories and even witnessed a a couple myself.
