USA Africa Dialogue Series - Poetic Thought

The aircraft took off

With us as passengers,

The pilot is a crook.

The aircraft flew backwards

And landed in 1993,

We disembarked.

Prompted by the pilot,

We poured on the streets

Screaming

"We want interim government"!

The would be despots

Are making merry

Because of our demand.
