we should take the problems to the problem solvers. its long been said that a society that neglects the arts and letters and the social sciences becomes a sick society.. nigerian society is sick.
i would like to single out some disciplines and ask what are the experts doing to stem he tide of ridiculous acts in Africa .ridiculous crimes!
these experts are early childhood scholars ,paediatricians ,psychologists, psychiatrists ,psychopathologists ,criminologists,. neuroscientists ,historians ,ethical philosophers ,moral philosophers, playwrright, dramatists, poets, film makers, fine artis and song writers
what is to be done? we may want to attack the problem in the immediate term, the intermediate term and the long term,
on the long term its been said that the family is the basic unit of society, we have to embrace family studies
give President Buhari his due.he has attributed many of nigerias problems to parenting, and in an opinion piece toda Chief Afe Babalola took on a related subject on the absence
of moral and ethical education in government owned educational institutions
in the immediate term we have to speed up counselling especially about what money provides and what it does not. there is a pervasive glorification of money in nigerian society,
