Dear general Gowon: On PatrickJude Oteh
This is my third letter to you today. I would like you to meet Patrick Jude Oteh of
The Jos repertory theatre .A theater practitioner and scholar,he also has degrees in post colonial studies and diplomacy, i bring him to your attention not only because he is a Loyolan
But also for the fact of the Russio-ukranian crisis. In this crisis at least on one side, the theatre man and the politician meet in one man, there is the theater of WAr there is also the theatre of performance,
General Gowon you would agree with me perhaps that responsibility is one thing and role playing another and this is why i have tended to think about jude patrick oteh in understanding the Russio ukrainian crisis more for the fact that a book found me and not me finding he book, its tilted, THE GRAMMAR OF POLITICS and PERFORMANCE one of the editors of the book is from your own warwick university you went to warwick as you put it to find out what went wrong when you held sway at the dodan ,barracks state ,house, marina ,lagos one of the books that caught attention in this series from your own warwick university is titled. Madness and international relations. we should all be interested in this one on madness they are a;ll very interesting topics in the series perhaps we could get a nigeria philanthropist to donate every one of those books on the series by warwick to some nigerian and african institutions because this is what iis happening now, we are living in very interesting and very delicate times .GIFTED CHILDREN ARE USUALLY INTERESTED IN INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS so we should encourage them in that direction. may we not be the hard luck of our forefathers
