Today's greatest event is, defying all of Emperor Trump's bluster, threats, boycotts, sanctions and other useless decrees, the good news is that Russia's judo black belt Vladimir Putin is visiting his good friend Narendra Modi the Prime Minister of India, the world's largest democracy .
India - Russia relations are rock solid and go back a long ways to the era when India -Soviet Union relations was the axis of the Non-Aligned Movement ( I well remember spending three months in India in 1978, mostly at the Shree Gurudev Siddha Peeth at Ganeshpuri in Maharashtra State and that it was a round trip Stockholm - Delhi , Delhi - Stockholm by Aeroflot.
Back then, Mumbai, still Bollywood's heart chakra, was called Bombay, and with so many holy cows freely running around, I'm sure that India must have been the world's leader in holy milk production. Since then India has become an IT giant…

If I remember correctly, Bertrand Russell fell off his bicycle when he discovered that he no longer loved his wife .That should give you and me room for thought and pause for reflection. Falling in love is one thing, it's a necessary part of human nature, necessary for the perpetuation of the human species, but falling out of love and falling off one's bicycle at the same time is not a good omen, because it could have even resulted in the great philosopher having to nurse a bone fracture and in this case, on second thoughts, it could have resulted in him committing himself to work hard - to some hard work and labour at repairing the broken or fallen relationship, unless of course, at that moment, before any further reflection he already thought and knew beyond any doubt ( first hand knowledge) that the relationship was so damaged and beyond repair or repairs that it deserved just this one simple word : irreparable.
But wait a minute, hang on , after all, philosophically speaking, if Bertie had fallen in love once before , then surely there are ( were) no obstacles or objections standing in the way that should prevent him from falling in love once more ? Well, just as Bertrand Russell was out cycling when he discovered that he no longer loved his wife , so too, early this morning as I watched the BBC World News about Putin in India , as an Anglophile I felt a quiet satisfaction that Putin speaks perfect beautiful English RP pronunciation etc ( you may listen to Putin's Speech here ( https://www.google.com/search?q=Putin%27s+Speech+in+India) makes you realise that Trump has been having all those telephone conversations with Putin in English and not in Russian - I doubt that Trump is able or willing to speak any other language than the American lingo which he also wants to make great again) anyway, as I listened to Putin and to Modi's speech , it was only then that I came to realise ( it dawned on me) that the whole world is sick and tired of USA's Donald J. Trump who allegedly wants to make, not himself but his America " Great Again" , and - The seven ages of man - when he finally departs from the scene, exactly how would Trump prefer to be remembered ? No doubt he would like his Great American people, and from his point of view our not so great people from his "shithole countries" and the Defiant Lawyers Network and all posterity to remember him as the greatest president that was ever born in the United States of America
The fact is - and deny it if you can, but the fact is that so far, Trump has only succeeded in achieving the opposite of the intention that he has declared and doesn't stop talking about ( Making America Great Again" ; on the contrary due to Trump the United States is considerably diminished in the eyes of the world -is considerably diminished in Africa ( all of Africa including the hypocritical,useless uncle toms) is considerably -maybe overwhelming diminished in Europe -what Bush's neocons like PaulWolfowitz used to refer to as " Old Europe" - is non-existent in Iran ( the real Aryans), is considerably diminished in Asia, considerably diminished and almost extinct in South America & the Caribbean, considerably diminished in the Arab Streets of the Middle East , and of course the Brits ( Great Britain, "the brain" ) mostly only have contempt for small hands, "Mr. Military Muscle" ,the dim-inutive, arrogant, egotistical, narcissistic, crybaby, wannabe Emperor in the White House.
Talk is cheap. What's the latest that Trump is saying?
That "Tomorrow, and tomorrow, and tomorrow"
Gung ho he's gonna go, guns- a-blazing, into Nigeria?
Will that not be his Waterloo
His, " It's all over now Baby Blue" ?
